After a five-year break, the Family Constellation event, which we implemented in different formats between 2015–2019, is back on the program as a mini festival. The constellations, which will be opened simultaneously by Rumen and Satya in two different spaces, will be integrated with joint meditations, evening events and meditative therapies. In this five-day event, we will look at ourselves from a new perspective, exploring the impact of family dynamics on our lives from various angles.

“Family Constellations is not really about going for what you want and getting it. It is much more about finding out what LIFE wants from and for you — and getting in synchronicity with that.” — Rumen
The Family Constellations method, developed by Bert Hellinger, is based on the insight that the family is a deeply interconnected organism functioning across generations, with many invisible bonds between its members. In systemic constellations the person is seen as a part of a larger whole extending backward in time, rather than an autonomous individual independent of familial and tribal past.
Our behavior or emotional state can only be understood within the system we belong to — and the most fundamental one is our family system. Our life comes from a long line of ancestors, and we all carry immense ancestral heritage whether we are aware of it or not.
To uncover hidden dynamics in the family system, we set up a constellation where group participants represent significant family members. The client places them in space according to their inner image, creating a living 3D model of the current or original family. Representatives often feel and behave like the people they stand for, allowing the facilitator to see and balance the system.

The experience of constellation work shows that symbolic arrangement and re-arrangement during a session profoundly affect both psychological reality and daily life. Participants often experience healing even if their own constellation isn’t opened. The Family Constellation System works on both psychological and energetic levels, revealing that many problems we carry actually belong to earlier generations. In this workshop, we will address relationships, health, career and reconnection with ancestral resources for personal and collective wellbeing.
